Interview Process

Once we receive your application, our team thoroughly reviews if we believe you are the right fit for Dime. If your application meets the criteria, we will contact you to schedule an interview via Zoom where we will get to know you and discuss your motivations to become an ambassador.

If we believe that you would be a valued addition to the Dime community then we will extend an offer to join. The onboarding process includes social media training, familiarization with Dime’s resources, and inclusion in our database.
